Information we collect
When you request an estimate, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, service requested, job details, preferred contact method, and your permission for us to contact you about the request.
When you accept Service Terms online, we may collect your name, contact information, invoice or estimate number, whether the service is one-time or recurring, your consent choices, the Service Terms version and fingerprint, acceptance date and time, IP address, browser/device user-agent information, Cloudflare Ray ID, and country information when available.
How we use the information
- To review estimate requests and provide requested services.
- To document acceptance of Service Terms and electronic consent.
- To administer customer accounts, invoices, recurring-service instructions, and payments.
- To protect the website and records against misuse or fraud.
- For reasonable business, tax, dispute-resolution, and legal recordkeeping purposes.
Service providers
We use third-party providers for website hosting, form/email delivery, database storage, customer-management and estimate/invoice workflows, and payment processing. When you submit an estimate request, the contact and service-address information you provide may be sent to our customer-management provider so we can create or match your customer profile and prepare your estimate. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their services and under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
This website's D1 acceptance database does not store your payment-card number. Payment information is handled through the payment processor.
Retention and security
Customer service and electronic acceptance records may be retained for up to seven years after the later of the customer's final service, final payment, or termination of service, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an outstanding payment, dispute, legal claim, tax requirement, fraud prevention, insurance matter, or other legal obligation. After the applicable retention period, records may be securely deleted or de-identified.
We use reasonable technical and administrative measures for the website and acceptance records, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Electronic records
The Service Terms page allows you to print or save the Service Terms before accepting them. The electronic acceptance record includes the version of the terms you accepted and a digital fingerprint of that version.
If you do not want to transact electronically, contact us before accepting online so we can discuss another way to handle the transaction.
Your questions or requests
For questions about customer records, corrections, or other privacy matters, contact DMV Property Care LLC at [email protected] or (571) 571-6101. We may retain information when reasonably necessary for completed transactions, disputes, fraud prevention, business records, or legal obligations.
